  • Return Period

    • Eligible furniture items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or collection.
    • Returns are only accepted for valid reasons (damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing components).
    • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) must be provided when making a return.

    Return Conditions

    Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

    • Product arrives damaged or defective
    • Incorrect item delivered
    • Missing parts or components

    To be eligible for a return, items must:

    • Be in original condition
    • Have no signs of use
    • Include all original packaging, protective materials, and accessories
    • Include all product documentation and warranty information

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Items being returned due to change of mind or personal preference
    • Custom or made-to-order furniture
    • Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
    • Floor samples or clearance items (unless otherwise specified at time of purchase)
    • Items marked as "Final Sale"

    Return Process

    • Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team via phone, email, or in-store.
    • Return Authorisation: Obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before returning any item.
    • Packaging: Re-package the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Return Shipping or Collection:
      • For smaller items, return shipping arrangements and costs are the customer's responsibility.
      • For larger furniture pieces, contact us to arrange a collection (fees apply).
      • Items can be returned to our store locations at no cost.

    Refunds

    • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
    • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
    • Collection fees for large items are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Exchanges

    • Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value (paying the difference).
    • The exchange process follows the same conditions as our return policy.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your furniture arrives damaged or defective:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide photos of the damage or defect.
    • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
    • Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
