Book a friendly 30 minute meeting with Karl, our master craftsman and founder. We'll discuss your vision, space, timeline, and budget to create a piece that's perfectly suited to your home. Karl's 30+ years of experience means he can offer practical suggestions and solutions you might not have considered. No pressure, just expert advice and a clear path forward for your custom order.
Cancellation Policy
Free Consultation Policy. What's Included: Phone Consultation (15 mins): Discussion of your project scope, style preferences, rough sizing, timeline expectations, and indicative pricing In-Store Consultation (30 mins): All of the above plus viewing our timber samples, hardware options, and example pieces in our showroom What's Not Included: Detailed technical drawings or CAD plans Site visits or detailed measurements Formal quotes (provided separately after consultation) Design revisions or multiple concept discussions Booking & Attendance: Advance Notice: Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule Late Arrivals: In-store consultations delayed by more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled Preparation: Please have rough measurements and inspiration photos ready to make the most of your time Follow-Up: We'll provide indicative pricing ranges based on the measurements and specifications you provide Formal quotes may require a separate appointment Consultation insights are provided verbally during the session - written summaries aren't included Limitations: One free consultation per project Consultations are for genuine enquiries about custom furniture projects We reserve the right to refer complex commercial projects to our standard consultation process No Obligation: There's absolutely no obligation to proceed after your consultation. We're here to provide honest advice whether you choose to work with us or not. By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
